We were delighted to host Jeanne, CEO of ESGmark® member Spark & Bloom and talented brand strategist to talk to our community members about how to incorporate sustainability and ethical credentials into their brand.
We gained a thorough understanding of branding strategy and how to use it to our advanage in 45 minutes. The main takeaways were:

- A coherent brand identity and strategy goes a long way to attracting and retaining customers. 
- There are a set of querstions we must ask ourselves when designing our brand strategy. Answering these will help us build a brand that stands the test of time, and competition.
